Purchases of in-stock products can be returned in good, unused condition within 30 days of purchase with authorization. Returns of special-order items will be determined by management. Custom items are non-refundable. Please contact your salesperson about return inquiries.

We have a full team of warehouse staff and delivery drivers who can safely deliver equipment within our delivery area. Please inquire from your sales rep about our delivery area. We offer set-in-place, tailgate, and disposal of large equipment. Please call 1-800-551-0556 for more information.
We have a free delivery program in the local area that has a $50 minimum, must be able to be handled by one person, and is unscheduled. Please check with your salesperson for your local delivery date(s).
We seldomly purchase used equipment on a case-by-case basis, but it is not a main component of our business.
We have a limited amount of used equipment available to purchase. The majority of our used equipment as well as any scratch and dent pieces reside in our Norfolk warehouse.
